  One week for crew and managers. Based on average weekly hours worked over a 52 week period up to a maximum of 40 hours. Start of eligibility subject to position in the company. Vacation pay for more than one week is available subject to experience and performance.

• College Credit

  Our Management Development Program is the only Training Program offered by a restaurant organization that has been awarded college accreditation by the American Council on Education. You can gain up to 46 credits that can be applied towards the completion of a 2 or 4 year college degree. This is the equivalent of at least one and a half years of college.

• Scholarships

  We are committed to our employees' education. We offer the following scholarships to our currently enrolled high school seniors who are eligible to attend a two or four year college, university, or vocational/technical school with a complete course of study. 1. Arching Into Education (employees only): up to $5,000. 2. Our employees may also apply for a maximum of one of the following scholarship programs: a) RMHC/ASIA (for applicants of Asian-Pacific heritage): $5,000, b) RMHC/Future Achievers (for applicants of African American or Black Caribbean heritage): $5,000, c) RMHC/HACER (for applicants of Hispanic heritage): $20,000, d) RMHC/Scholars (for all applicants): $5,000.
