  Opening , closing and mid-shift employees can receive a bonus rate of pay based on their availability.

• Vacation Pay

  We offer vacation pay for employees who have completed one full year of employment and average a minimum of 20 hours per week during this time period. Vacation pay is based on the average weekly hours worked, multiplied by your rate of pay.

• Vacation

  After completing one full year of employment, full-time managers are given 2 weeks of paid time off.

• Discount Meal Program

  We offer a 50 % discount on food purchased during scheduled shifts. We also offer a 15% discount to our employees when they are not working. This 15% discount can be used by our employees to treat immediate family members during a non- working visit.

• Uniforms

  We provide free uniforms to all employees which eliminates the hassle of choosing a wardrobe and the expense of paying for work clothes.

• Recruiting Bonus

  We reward our crew members for recuriting friends and family. Existing crew members can receive a $50.00 bonus for referring new employees. the bonus is paid after the new employee has completed 90 days of emloyment with our company.
