Description: As an Hourly Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and Understanding McDonald's policies and procedures in order to prepare for managing shifts in a McDonald's Restaurant.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Learning the basics of shift management, gain expertise in ensuring customer satisfaction, develop and effectively utilize basic supervisory, human relations, and follow-up skills. Ensuring your own continuous growth & development through an Individual Development Plan and Ensuring that a respectful workplace exists in the restaurant.

Hours: 45+ Hrs/Wk

Pay: $25,000 and up

Description: As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will embark on an aggresive training program to learn the total operation of a McDonald's Restaurant. Upon completion of the 4 to 8 month program, your responsibilities as a salaried manager will include, but not limited to: Developing and training and managing other managers and crew, maintain the operational and product quality standards of the restaurant, ensuring superior quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. In addition, you will be able to manage all operations of the restaurant as well as shifts ensuring all safety, sanitation and security procedures are adhered to. Controlling food and labor costs, waste and cash. Completing all assigned paperwork and Ensuring that a respectful workplace exists in the restaurant. At least some college and/or related experience preferred.
